5. Refund policy

Since XaraTemplates.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the payment is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing the product. However, if the file you downloaded is corrupted please download the package once again, using the ID you received in confirmation mail.
